Love programme is a system to help Chinese speaker and English speaker that communicate each other.The love language system is a visual system, and pronunciation is left out. A language system is a huge project so I had to focuson one goal. I chose to focus on of the aspects of "love". Love means passion, love is natural to human beings and everybody needs love. Love is a very basic relationship form between human beings. The Natural Sematic Metalanguage system serves as the underlying structure for my love language system, taking 61 words and adding different meanings of words. The purpose is to take the different words and design a different icon for each word. The new icons will be the designed combination of the Chinese and English characters;
Keyboard layout
I use ibook 12' of my model. There has 47 keys can using key in any different words. I selecte 92 words for keyboard layout.When you key in a character on the keyboard, the screen will display the character you typed but the system I designed will show the complete word on the screen with a single keystroke. In total there are 47 keystrokes on a keyboard, including: 26 character keystrokes, 10 number keystrokes, and 11 symbolic keystrokes. During the process of input, you combine option, shift, and option shift keys to switch between 4 different input methods. In that way, I created an input of 92 different words as the basic input of Love Language System but how to assign each word a specific location? There are two ways to set up the place of characters.
Grammar rules
One important thing in my project is the expression of emotion and to device a way to bring together the grammar of Chinese and English. This is to allow the meanings of words in English and Chinese to become more identical and if possible to mean the same thing. The simpler the structure of a sentence, the easier it is understood despite differences in culture. Longer and complicated sentences make it more difficult to achieve an equivalent translation in both languages.
This system is built to suit the dialogue of communication over networks. Generally speaking, the dialogue of conversations over networks is short, simple. Another consideration I had to make is to decrease the amount of vocabulary to a range that can be accommodated by the keyboard. Therefore, I have cut down the variability in the grammar structure of English. For example, any subject could use be as the main verb. Basically one word represents the different variables of it. For English speakers, they can understand the meaning although the sentence structure is wrong. And it also balances the problem of Chinese grammar because there is no characteristic problem in Chinese grammar as different subjects can use the same verb.
English Grammar rules
(verb) i, she, he, we, you, they, it + ' be ' student.
(verb) I have car. he ' have ' car.
(preposition) in ,on at, to, by, of, up, out, for, over =' - '
(tense) past I ' < ' receive letter. future I ( > ) go - school.
(question) you are ready ' ? '
(part of speech) noun = adjective = adverb = verb
(conparative) cheap, ' more ' cheap, ' most ' cheap.

Working in Messenger
I choose Messenger as my executing tool because I can change the font of the displayed characters and also the font size, while with other chatting software it is not possible. I set up the well-made typeface of characters in the system’s Font Folder, and Messenger could execute the work of output.
Install and Use (for mac user)
1. download and take"love font" to user/' your name'/ library/ fonts
2. download and print 'keyboard layout"
3. Running Messenger and choose 'Untitled' for your font.
4. check your friend already has new typeface. You need to have same "love font" in your computer.
5. following keyboard layout, type any words making a sentence.
6. send it.
