2003 Reading and writing When was the last time you really read a book? When you read a book, do you just read the beginning and the ending? And then leave it unused? And when was the last time you wrote? Instead of writing with a pen, you type with a computer, and there are only files. Are people just flicking through book pages in the same way that we search on the Internet, and skim over each channel on TV to quickly get answers, information and results, thus skipping through the pages has become a habit. This exhibition allows people to interact with books again, and provides them a free place to write, to express their ideals and to reflect our habits of reading and writing.
