2002 What is Arts? It has always been our pleasure to be born with hands.We use our hands to create things.Creating things is actually not only a phenomenon of originality but also a series of hard trials.However, originality doesnÕt mean achievement. Yet achievement doesnÕt reflect reality all the time. Therefore, I choose the way of realization and decide to carry out the originality.Realization is achieved by our hands. To realize an idea starts from a deliberate plan. Meanwhile, we also need logical thought, accurate calculation, a conversation with ourselves, and revision of the arrangement. Sizes, standards, materials, and quantity are taken into consideration and therefore they become the main character of the originality. They decide the structure of the originality combined with several objects. As far as classic art is concerned, stands, screens, and division are props. They are minor roles. They embellish the sculpture and paintings. To me, however, they are a piece of work, a way of realization. They carry out the originality.In my work, I tried to convey the concept of Òlasting appearanceÓ to fulfill reality. Object = Materials * Sound * Contact * Idea. The formula also matches the logic in math. The four dimensional points of space forms a solid triangle.
